New York Attorney General Elliot Spitzer is weighing in on Sony BMG's copy protection blunder, and he has words for reatailers who are still selling the affected CDs. A BusinessWeekOnine article reports his office sent investigators to retail stores. They were able to buy CDs that have the copy protection software that has got Sony BMG two lawsuits and an infinite amount of bad publicity. From a written statement:

"It is unacceptable that more than three weeks after this serious vulnerability was revealed, these same CDs are still on shelves, during the busiest shopping days of the year. I strongly urge all retailers to heed the warnings issued about these products, pull them from distribution immediately, and ship them back to Sony."
